the lack of on-site parking for luggage drop-off was inconvenient. i had to carry my bags from a public garage. it would be helpful to have a designated spot for unloading.

The beds offered superb comfort. The location was great for access to Queen Street Station (very handy!). I found several good restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff members displayed friendliness and were very helpful.
