The location was very convenient because it was near the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was modern and clean. I enjoyed the complimentary cheese and wine offered in the evening.
The room lack privacy. I can hear water running when other rooms use water.

i found the location very convenient. the room was well-equipped with everything i needed. i especially appreciated the bag storage service since i was traveling alone.
the lack of on-site parking for luggage drop-off was inconvenient. i had to carry my bags from a public garage. it would be helpful to have a designated spot for unloading.

The beds offered superb comfort. The location was great for access to Queen Street Station (very handy!). I found several good restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff members displayed friendliness and were very helpful.
The room was a bit small. It could feel cramped for some guests.

the staff was cute and helpful.
the room felt very cold, and a draught kept coming in from the window. it was very noisy because of traffic and i could hear a constant sound all night, like a boiler or running water. the room size felt very small for a double.

my room was clean, and the bed felt comfortable for sleep. the staff was friendly when i asked some questions. the location had an easy access to restaurants and shops nearby for me.
i noticed a small stain on one of the towels after i showered.
